William G. Snow a 59 year old self described Manchester N H resident was arrested Wednesday for curious antics on city streets. Patrick Finn a 12 year old East Boston rower fell overboard near Mystic wharf and was rescued by longshoreman Thomas Murphy. Six year old Joseph Sweeney of Charlestown was knocked down and run over by an express team on Chelsea street with head and body contusions. Patrick Moneyhan a 37 year old man was found dead in his Market street residence from natural causes. Luke Kelly remains missing from 30 King street Roxbury since July 27. John B Widell is jailed at station 1 for assault on Edward Smith and John Gilbert in front of 210 North street. Frank Keene 17 is jailed at station 4 for receiving stolen goods and alleged shop breaking at N Bellamy Co 659 Washington street.
