Ditto Mistake in Letters to Sisters at Buck Kannan Co
A western post office clerk, while making up the mails, found two letters addressed in the same handwriting. One reads MISS EMILY ALLAN Sr. Josern Mo and the other MISS BARBARA DITTO Bueck Kannan Co. The writer appears to have used the word ditto to copy the surname. The clerk remarks on the ditto usage and we echo that sentiment.
