Cambria Reaches Boston Wharf After Transatlantic Passage
The Cambria arrived at Boston at 5 am Friday the 27th carrying 42 passengers from Liverpool and 8 from Halifax. A London Times report dated the 13th ties the Schleswig Denmark clash to Lord Palmerston not delivering a despatch from Copenhagen. Palmerston sailed back to reach home before April 2, the armistice end date, without an answer from the British mediator.
