Clover Club Hosts 31st Ladies Night with Colonels Talk

The Clover Club held its 31st annual ladies night with nearly 200 members and guests. President Mrs W F Fitzgerald presided, guest Colonel Peter H Corr spoke on Massachusetts plans for the Panama-Pacific Exposition, and the rule barring men guests was suspended for the evening. An orchestra provided music throughout the dinner and program.

Waste Basket Event Sparks Songs and Laughter

The Waste Basket edited by J Mitchell Galvin drew roars of laughter with wit poems honoring the ladies. Mitch Galvin and Joseph A Campbell led songs and a dancing program directed by Campbell. A refined evening featured The Glee of The Clover Club with Mrs Manon Miller and others performing a varied musical program.
