In Waterville Maine on April 17 Louis Bressau died at 1 15 pm at his father’s home from wounds claimed to be from Frank Quiron. Quiron faces a murder charge after an assault with intent to kill warrant. He was taken to Augusta jail with Deputy Colby Getchell. Brother Joseph Quiron was held at $200 bond as a key witness. John McNamara senior partner of John McNamara & Sons, a noted South Boston builder and longtime resident, died at his Dedham home on Sunday of heart failure. Children Injured in School Incidents

Three Boston area school children were treated at the Emergency Hospital after classroom accidents. James Dunn, 13, had a rubber piece lodged in his right ear. Fred Clark, 12, was treated for a bite on the right hand after a quarrel. Annis Greenberg, 92 Genesee Street, suffered a deep cut over her right eye from a fall. Each was treated and released.
