Oregon Question Dominates Senate Debate in April Session

Senate prorogation following governor’s approval of acts and resolves

Boy Edgar Wade Dies by Own Action in Morganstown

The Morganstown Virginia Standard reports Edgar Wade, about 14, son of Thomas Wade, hanged himself from a tree near his father's home on Sunday evening. The act appears deliberate. no cause is given for the tragedy.
