Waterbury Bank Teller Admits Embezzling $20,000

John C. Farrar, 26, teller at Waterbury National Bank, confessed to stealing about $20,000 and losing it in stock speculation. Arrested in his Quincy House room by Inspector Robinson, he spent last night in the Tombs and will be arraigned as a fugitive from justice. Deputy Sheriff F. H. Tracy plans to return him to Vermont.
