Brams Trial Nears End as Witnesses Testimony Concludes
The Braim trial moves toward a verdict with last rebuttal testimony likely to end today. Key witnesses, including Charles Brown and Captain Richardson, describe seeing or not seeing into the after cabin under various positions at the wheel. The court rulings and cross examinations focus on whether such visual access was possible and admissible, while other witnesses corroborate or challenge the governing claims. The proceedings also note ship, port, and crew details, including updates on vessels and maritime activity.
