Princess Louise Arrives in City for Canada Voyage
Princess Louise arrived from Newport by 6 pm Saturday with Miss McNeil Lord John Hervey and Miss Hervey. They were greeted by the marquis of Lorne and the duc de Blacas at Old Colony station then proceeded to Hotel Brunswick. The British corvette Tenedos carried the party to Newport earlier, and they will depart tonight for Ottawa on a special train via Boston and Lowell Central Vermont and Grand Trunk, with private cars Sheewatin Bellevue Caccona and baggage cars.

Martin Burroughs a young man said to be employed by the Long Island Express Company arrived in Boston and took a room at No 15 Grenville place where he was found in bed unconscious at 12:20 A M Sunday gas in the room was found turned on He was removed to City hospital in very critical condition.

Stabbing at Charlestown corner ends in hospital and arrest
Around nine Sunday evening at Water street and Warren Avenue bridge Charlestown John M Sullivan was stabbed in the left groin after an altercation with Timothy Driscoll. Sullivan walked to his boarding house at 21 Warren avenue and said I am stabbed. Driscoll fled to 44 Henley street and was later taken to the station and hospital. Sullivan, a longshoreman, identified Driscoll as the assailant. Driscoll admitted the knife carried but claimed no further knowledge. He had a ragged abdominal wound but survived.
