Washington, April 11. Commodore William K. Mayo, retired U S Navy, died at 71 after a career in the Mexican and Civil wars. His private life drew more notice, marrying three times including 26 year old Jennie Eiton Stevens in 1892 and later Nina Goodman Hall. The marriage to Mrs Hall left Mayo devoted as she nursed him through a recent illness. Her inheritance is said to be substantial.
