Casper Wyoming April 10 no one has come in from Johnson county seat of the expected trouble between the armed expedition which went north from here and the rustlers since the party started. The party when last heard from was camped sixty miles north of this place. They compelled several men met on the road to accompany them for a short distance but they were turned loose and were unmolested. They recognized four of the party as being leading cattle owners of Johnson county.

The father, 73, died yesterday from injuries. police arrested Donovan nearby. Autopsy to determine cause. Donovan held on drunkenness charges.
A four story lodging house at 1308 Washington Street burned as passengers on the street watched in alarm. Fire ladders were delayed by trolley wires complicating access. Occupants reached the roof, including children, while authorities battled the blaze. Losses exceed 1500 with insurance coverage. The building is owned by R. H. White and leased to Mrs Annie Moran.

Daisy Wood aged 19 left her home on Friday last and is accused by her mother of stealing jewelry and 250 dollars. Mrs Wood also says the girl robbed a New York advertising firm where she worked. The girl was located in New Haven Conn but the mother declines to press charges.
