Cushman fled to Paris, was extradited after Parker’s six year chase across 12000 miles and served two years of a three year sentence. He then worked for Ira N. London April 10. Mr Madden denies the Marquis of Londonderry plans to resign as lord lieutenant of Ireland. Mr Crilly moved to reduce rents by deducting improvement costs, extend judicial rent to seven years, and address arrears. The bill was defeated 229 to 168. Parnell issued a special whip for the division.

Captain Stubbs of the schooner Carrie A. Bucknam reports sighting a Dominican war vessel on March 21 off Saona Island.
