Spain Reaches Limit on Policy to Concede Demands
A Madrid despatch reports Senor Gallon told foreign powers that Spain has reached the limit of international policy in the direction of yielding to the United States. The report adds that President McKinley, in Washington, said the prolongation of the situation is insufferable and rejected mediation.
