Lawson’s Big Signboards Alarm Back Bay Residents
Two carpenters erected two 15 by 10 foot billboards at the triangle of Bay State Road Beacon Street and Raleigh Street owned by Thomas W Lawson. Residents fear whiskey ads and stock pitches while Lawson is in New York and a real estate firm says the signs will show a plan of the lots for sale. The property belongs to the heirs of Mrs Jeannie A Lawson and aims to preserve the Beacon Street view from the Lawson home.
