Double Divorce Decrees Granted In Early Boston Session
In a Superior Court divorce session Judge Pierce granted nisi decrees to Elizabeth G. Emery against Howard B. Emery and to Samuel C. L. Haskell against Mineola Haskell. Each decree becomes absolute after six months. Emery’s alimony awarded at ten dollars weekly. Haskell gains custody of his 10 year old son Cedric, with a future consideration of Mrs. Haskell’s alimony denied.
