Honey Grove Teen Charged in Ladonia Burglaries
A 17 year old from Honey Grove identified as Leland Fouse faces burglary charges in a string of break ins around Ladonia over the last two to three months. He is jailed on 1500 bond set by Justice of the Peace R F Mankin as investigators say four burglaries are cleared and eight more likely to be solved. Constable Johnny Figley aided Deputy Jim Brown in the arrests and probe.

A 10 year old boy took $10,000 in hundred dollar bills from his mother's purse and handed out $100 bills to classmates at Marion Center Elementary School in Indiana County. Women Jurors Improve Courtroom Atmosphere Says Braswell
Sixth District Court Judge Henry Braswell told the Democratic Women of Fannin County that women jurors, beginning around 1950, brought courtesy to the jury room and helped curb foul language.
