Grand Jury Probes Sheriff Badagher Over Jail Death and Misuse Claims
A special grand jury was impaneled by District Judge George Perez to examine a possible removal of Sandoval County Sheriff Bob Badagher and the hanging death of jail inmate Ray Baros.
