Two Bonham youths arrested on city ordinance violation
Police released two Bonham boys on bond after arrest for violating the city alcoholic beverage ordinance. They were to appear before the city judge Saturday morning. Grace Mitchell reported a $90 billfold and car keys stolen from a vehicle at Woody's on 9th and Center Streets around 10:13 p.m. Thursday. Her daughter had driven the car to the store. Firefighters responded to two calls at the Bonham Post Office, smoke found in a lobby trash can with no major damage and a nonfire smoke report. A separate car fire was reported at the Fina Service Station on East Sam Rayburn but was already extinguished on arrival.
