J. R. Blake announces the death of Ross Lovelace at ten o'clock last night at the family home in Vernon Wilbarger County after a four month illness attributed to Bright's disease. The funeral was held at the residence with interment in Vernon cemetery. Lovelace, known to Bomham’s older citizens, left town in 189 for Vernon and is survived by his wife, children, three sisters Mrs J P Lair Mrs Callie Inglish and Mrs Millie Cowart of Bomham and a brother Dave Lovelace of Mantle Oklahoma. The Trades excursionists met in Firemen's Hall to finalize plans for a three day county trip starting tomorrow at eight. Cars will parade around the courthouse before departing and a large crowd is expected to witness the departure. The roster lists numerous drivers and band members for the excursions.
The second bale of cotton sold yesterday for 11380 cents. It was raised by HH Wb on the Billuggs farm or RG D No 4. Mr. Walker received a $15 premium on the bale. Three more bales of this year's crop remained on the square and unsold at press time.

A B Y P U business meeting is set for tonight at 8 30 at the residence of Mrs Dr Rayburn. Local attendees are invited to discuss planned activities and obligations for the group.
