Bonham Schools Sell $500000 Bond for Junior High
Bonham trustees approved a $500,000 bond sale as part of a $2.5 million issue, with bids sought for the L. H. Rather junior high building. Dallas Rape and Son and Republic National Bank of Dallas bought the issue at 4.452973 percent, generating $402,771.88 in interest. Construction, by Harper Martin and Associates, plans a north site expansion housing seventh and eighth graders, with a completion goal of August 15 for the 1967-68 term. The project budget was estimated at $273,954 with the current facilities to be used for PE and auditorium needs.

UF Plans Re-Check Of Areas
