An Indian on a Modoc linked motorcycle told toll authorities he was exempt from payment under a treaty with the United States. Attorneys found three Klamath Indian treaties cited had never been ratified. The rider disappeared after owing a toll that remains unpaid.
Cincinnati report shows Bridgeport man kept 56 cars on his property claiming a hobby and future antiques. A municipal court jury ruled the collection violated city zoning by parking the vehicles on his land. The value of the cars was about 180000 dollars including Pierce Arrows Duesenberg and two Rolls Royces from 1934 and 1936.

Reveille Saturday and Sunday at 6 30 a m. Taps at 11 00 p m and checkout Sunday at 1 30 a m. Eddie Collins of Post 567 leads the camporee.
UPI reports concerns in Saigon as President Thieu weighs softening his hard line on peace talks with the Communists. Ambassador Bunker and Thieu met at the presidential palace for an hour amid lingering debate over a two sided Paris conference and Viet Cong representation.
