Hearing Slated On Woman's Sanity In Ventura

Escapees Face Kidnapping Charge After Two-State Flight
Two teen girls from a Nebraska girls training school fled with a farmer in a two hour chase reaching speeds of 100 mph. Janet Spegal and Peggy Moore were captured near Salina Kansas and charged in federal court with kidnappingafter abducting Jesse Richards 54 from his farmyard.
