Washington reports the Federal Government cannot freely distribute fish in Texas due to a new law prohibiting railroads from transporting them gratis. Judge L. S Kinder and Tulsa officials sought relief and were told by Commissioner Bowers that current conditions prevent government distribution in Texas. Mr Stephens forwarded the notice to Governor Campbell, urging the Railroad Commission to provide relief.
