J M Jack Sweeney son of A E and Mrs Sweeney of Breckenridge has entered Annapolis after a congressional appointment. His older brother Albert graduated in 1934 and is now a petroleum engineering instructor at the University of Texas. The family, long connected with Bonham and LaDonta, includes D W Sweeney a pioneer and bank president. Australia plans a six seat flying cabinet plane for future cabinet meetings.

A half grown underfed jackrabbit four feet long and 18 inches high was killed last weekend on Luster Stallings' Swisher county ranch six miles from Tilia. The animal weighed about 50 pounds and was photographed before being displayed in the Daily Favorite window.
