FiveYear Sentence For Granberry In Theft Case
Judge Henry Braswell in Sixth District Court Friday gave Steven Glynn Granberry a five year probated sentence after a guilty plea to a theft over $200 complaint. Granberry was ordered to restitution of 325.25 and had waived indictment. Pretrial hearings and trial dates for several burglary and theft cases were set for February 2, 6 and 9, including Michael Ray Jenkins Kathy Lee McEwin and R T Sweet. Ed Smith and David Gooden were named attorneys for respective defendants.
