A team hitched to a delivery wagon became frightened near the T P depot and ran through North Main to the public square then east to the south court house gate ramming into a horse and buggy owned by J M Lowrey. The horse and buggy were damaged while the Lowrey horse was bruised. The runaway team belonged to Jim Robinson and suffered no injuries.
