Walsh Found Guilty of Misappropriation at Chicago Bank

Cutting Affray Leaves Man Stabbed Near Town
Saturday night a dispute near a canoe east of town left Henry Seals badly stabbed in the side. Pearson, named as the alleged assailant, was arrested and jailed about 2 am Sunday by Deputy Constable Jim Robinson. Henry Rodgers and Rev. Dallas Bank Failure Probed but No Indictments Yet
Dallas Texas January 18 reports say 4 percent of the Fleming private fortune had not been filed for creditors of the Western Bank and Trust Company. The Federal Grand Jury adjourned today without indictments against bank officials amid rumors of an investigation into mail fraud deposits while insolvent.
