Sheriff Hoyt Ivey said a safe and a pay telephone were found under a bridge northwest of Bonham after being dumped from a location near Risser's clinic on North Center Street. The safe was emptied, doors pried, and papers likely washed away by rising water. A 19 year old Grand Prairie youth was questioned in Dallas regarding the safe cracking.
