One prisoner was taken to the state penitentiary at Huntsville on Wednesday and a juvenile was sent back to the Gatesville State School for Boys on Thursday for probation violation. Sheriff Dudley Jackson reported that Bobby Don Colbert, after a four year term for burglary, was moved to the state penitentiary by Deputy Leonard Collingsworth.
