Miss E Mabel E ney of Alto Texas aged 85 has led a long varied life. Born in Vermont she moved to Minnesota Wisconsin and Iowa before settling in Texas with a brother after his wife died. She taught and cared for aging parents, wrote poetry and stories, kept a family genealogy, and still teaches a Sunday school class begun in 1873.
Bernice Warren 23 of Houston died in Magnolia Arkansas Magnolia hospital after a months long coma that began September 27 1934. She fainted at a picture show last fall and was treated at Magnolia hospital before returning to her uncle J A Warren home where she remained unable to eat or move.
