Bonham Zoning Change Requests Denied and Approved
Bonham city commission denied two zoning change requests to convert two tracts between North Center and Island Bayou from dwelling to local business. It approved a third for about 3.2 acres on the east side of Island Bayou to change from single dwelling to apartment houses.
