The 120 year old Hulsey home near Honey Grove will be marked with a Historical Building Medallion by the Fannin County Historical Survey committee. Now owned by Mr. and Mrs. John Ivy, the house was completed in 1854 by Wiley Hulsey who came to Texas in 1852, later known as the Wheeler home for 70 years.
