Bonhi and Junior high choirs present a Christmas carols program tonight in the high school auditorium at 7 00 pm as a gift to Bonham and the surrounding area.
Fannin County schools served turkey dinners today and dismissed early for the Christmas and New Year holidays. Students will return to classes Monday January 4, while some college students have a longer holiday and return mid January.
In Houston Pete Shea presented a solo photography exhibition drawing large crowds. Visitors offered remarks on his work with one shopper telling Bob Barrow that the stamps should have been gift wrapped.
Bonham State and First National banks host seasonal fruit cake and coffee for customers this week to share in the holiday spirit.
