Police said vandals threw a rock or bottle at a Watsonburger sign in the Bonham parking lot Thursday night, causing more than 175 dollars in damage.
A Houston police officer, Arthur Swearingen, 39, filed for divorce claiming his wife Nancy, 32, conspired to kill him for insurance money. A court order bans harm to him and their 11 year old daughter. Nancy was questioned and released. A cousin, Howard Bourdeau Jr., 27, is charged with soliciting murder.
