Trucks towed heavy 9000 pound pieces and supplies. 100+ trucks transport the unit past cheering Bonham residents as police cleared streets for a safe pass.
WARM SPRINGS Ga April 25 President Roosevelt by proclamation today found that a state of war exists between Germany and Norway and proclaimed the neutrality of the United States.
R L Griffin, a Logan fireman on his regular night shift, rushed to a fire at his own barn located at 52 East Second South. The blaze, blamed on children playing with matches, caused $100 damage before firefighters extinguished it.
