MARSHALL Tex April 3 Heavy rains with scattered hail swept East Texas on Wednesday. Downpours were reported around Tyler Longview and Athens. A hailstorm struck northwest Harrison county causing heavy crop damage as ground hail reached three inches in depth in parts of the area.
