The supreme court handed down a decision in Heller v Dailey, sending the case back to this city for trial over about $5,000 in rental. Previous lower court rulings favored Dailey but were reversed on appeal. A rehearing motion and transfer request were denied as the appellate record is returned for trial.

The Clover Leaf route advertises very low rates for Toledo and return travel with tickets valid fifteen and seven days. Agents in Toledo and St Louis, plus G P A W L Ross, announce home seekers’ excursions to the west and southwest starting December 20 and January 17, February 21, and March 21, 1905 with half-fare plus $2 through from origin.
