A son of Charles Ellingham was brought home from Muncie Monday badly injured and now lies at the home of his uncle, Theodore Ellingham, with a broken leg. The young man and his two sisters were visitors in Muncie Saturday when the accident happened as they drove about town. as the gates guarding the crossing lowered, Ellingham raised his leg to avoid capture and suffered a broken bone.
