Trustees Sale of Real Estate in Bluefield WV

Notice of a trustee sale on January 22, 1910, by Kirpatrick and Dougherty, exposing to public auction the Myers Coaby real estate in Bluefield Mercer County West Virginia. The property fronts Raleigh Street and Stewart Street, Measured 42 by 104 feet, part of the Higginbotham reserve, to satisfy a debt secured by a deed of trust dated March 2, 1408, involving Mary S Comby and others. Sale terms require cash enough to cover costs, debt principal and interest, with deferred purchase money secured by deed of trust on the property.
