SBA field representative C A Phillips said around eight people filed by mid day on the last day the Welch armory office was open for flood disaster aid. The Friday deadline applies to SBA loans for homes personal property or businesses and those filing may also submit at Rahal’s Beckley office or Williamson Post Office. Inspectors will assess damage and claims can be amended if needed.
