McDowell Native Named Top Warden at West Virginia Penitentiary

No Suspect Yet In Bland County Gas Station Slayings
Police in Wytheville Va continue to chase leads in the killings of two Bland County gas station attendants at the I-77 Exxon in Bastion. No suspect has been identified though several persons have been questioned. Victims were Steven Shinault 26 and Darren Walker 20. Cash receipts show the robber fled with about 350 dollars. 50 dollars in credit card receipts left. Funeral arrangements for Walker set for Saturday in Bland.
