Retired Telegraph publisher wins WVPA Adam R. Kelly Award

Bluefield resident Randy Mooney, former Daily Telegraph publisher, is awarded the 2021 Adam R. Kelly Award by the West Virginia Press Association for lifelong service to state newspapers and communities. Don Smith announced the honor, established in 1991 in memory of Adam R. Kelly. Mooney called it an unexpected honor.
