Two Hurt In Mercer Wrecks In Early Morning Crashes

In Mercer County two people were injured slightly and two drivers faced traffic charges after separate crashes on U S 32 north of Bramwell and near Bluefield. Shirley Dyson suffered a lip laceration in a second collision involving Anthony Carosi. Ronnie Scott reported a parked car hit by a hit and run on Falls Mills Road. Airmen escape serious injury as cabin simulator catches fire

At Brooks Air Force Base two officers Captain Carl C. Fietcher Jr and Captain Dean B. Smith escaped serious harm when a sealed space cabin simulator caught fire during a 14 day flight test.
