Passes Williamson West Virginia September 8 The last two of a trio wanted for the Elk Creek bank robbery were arrested today. State police say Hayes Charles of Pond Creek Kentucky and Lester Thacker of Lick Creek West Virginia admitted taking part in the holdup. Charles had 1222 95 on his person at arrest.
