The Tri-District Young People's Training School celebrated its fifteenth anniversary at Bluefield Virginia's Methodist church with a nine o'clock Monday program. C Beard Jr chaired the event and officers and guests enjoyed readings, solos, a violin piece, and cake and punch. A monthly business meeting is planned at Glenwood Friday at 7 45 p m.

Tombstone Golf Tournament Winners at Bluefield Country Club
Mrs. Hosmer won first prize at the Tombstone Golf Tournament played yesterday on 18 holes. She used five strokes on the No 15 fairway to plant a tombstone on the green. Second prize went to Mrs. Tierney Jr who tombstoned on No 18. Prizes included golf balls donated by Mrs. Pearson and Mrs. Tierney Sr. Twenty five ladies enjoyed luncheon at the club.
