Enron’s Fastow charged with fraud and conspiracy
Former Enron chief financial officer Andrew Fastow, 40, surrendered to the FBI and was released on $5 million bail after being charged with fraud money laundering and conspiracy for creating off balance sheet deals that hid $1 billion in Enron debt.
