Mercer County Sheriff Harold Buckner says the area has good law enforcement but a shortage of personnel. Colleen Addair a 1982 Jaeger High School graduate and daughter of Jim and Margaret Addair has been nominated by the Country Music Association for Radio Personality of the Year in the Medium Market category.
