Cuban inmates at Oakdale released 26 hostages after eight days following a government backed agreement promising no reprisals and review of their cases. Four hosts were freed earlier at the Atlanta detention center before 2:25 p.m. prayer and a hospital checkup followed as inmates tossed improvised weapons into a yard pile. Auxiliary Bishop Agustin Roman witnessed the signing of the agreement by four inmate representatives.
