Rifle firing kills 3-year-old in Pisgah. Roark jailed without bond

In Pisgah Virginia a 24-year-old Tazewell man Michael Allen Roark also known as Michael Allen Howery is jailed without bond after firing a Winchester rifle into a residence killing three year old Richard Allen Gregory. Roark is charged with first degree murder abduction and attempted murder involving his former girlfriend. Authorities say the shooting followed a two week dispute over hunting traps.
