Funeral services set for Monday at 3 pm in Springfield Ga.

Shot Fatal To Tazewell Man
A. T. Rutherford 30 of Tazewell died at Bluefield sanitarium from a shotgun wound ruled personal safety related by his father C R Rutherford night policeman of North Tazewell. Rutherford was hunting with three brothers when he was wounded while isolated from them in Five Oaks area. a later transfer to hospital followed. He previously suffered a paralytic stroke and was unable to travel quickly. Police and family described the incident as tragic accident during a hunting trip.
